I believe that we are all given little glimpses of absolute beauty. We see it, we feel it. How to make it last? Through art, we try. The inspirations and feelings can be magical! How much fun I think it is to explore deep within myself and see what is there. In my artwork, the interpretation of each piece comes from that place. I see beauty all around and know that there is much more good in this world than evil. Of course at times I have to remind myself of this and this is where the element of humor comes in. Making it fun and combining beautiful colors and textures are the key factors in my work.
We may not need art to survive in this world, therefore I view it as an "extra" in life. A wonderful gift we have all been given. I hope to share this gift with everyone.
